SRI NATARAJAR NATIYALAYA (Uthiramerur, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu) has officially established a world record for the Longest and Largest Ensemble Performance of the Andal Thiruppavai.
In an extraordinary fusion of literature and divinity, a massive assembly of classical dancers—each meticulously costumed in traditional Andal iconography—performed all 30 Pasurams in unison. This landmark event is the first world record featuring the entire Thiruppavai performed simultaneously by a mass group in full Andal attire, perfectly capturing the essence of Saranagathi (spiritual surrender).
Held at the sacred Sri Dharmaraja Draupadi Amman Temple, this performance stands as a monumental tribute to artistic discipline and the enduring legacy of Tamil Bhakti literature.
