R.DHEKSHANA, Born on 23 September 2009, Reddiyarpatti, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu, India set a New world record by drawing 99 Tamil flowers ( mentioned in the ancient Tamil literature book “Kurinjipattu” ) on 99 Thamboolam Plates.
